Policies

General Information

• All reservations are for you, your invited guests, or members of your party.
• Check-in time: 1:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM.
• Availability is subject to change until your booking is complete. Hidden Grove RV Resort makes no representations or warranties regarding availability until your reservation is finalized.

Payment Policies

• Payment is due as per the terms of your site rental agreement.
• Late payments will incur a $25 late fee plus $10 per day until paid in full (no partial payments).
• Returned checks will incur a $15 handling fee, plus late fees until full payment is received. After an NSF payment, all future rent must be paid in cash only.

Park Rules

• Quiet hours: 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM.
• Keep your RV site clean and return it in the same condition.
• No changes to RV sites without prior written consent.
• Disorderly, loud, violent, unlawful, or threatening behavior will not be tolerated.
• Weapons: No display or discharge of firearms, knives, or weapons.
• Illegal drugs or paraphernalia are prohibited.
• Business operations and hazardous material storage are prohibited on property.
• Speed limit: 5 MPH throughout the resort.
• No parking on grass or in unassigned spaces.
• No major vehicle repairs on premises.
• Pets must be leashed at all times. Owners are responsible for cleanup.
• Cutting or damaging trees/plants is prohibited.
• Keep sites free of litter, including cigarette butts.
• Campfires are only allowed in grills or designated fire pits.
• Vehicle/RV washing is prohibited.
• Restroom and shower facilities must be respected and kept clean.
• Do not let water run unnecessarily.
• Clotheslines prohibited after 2 PM daily.
• Sewer hose “donut” or “L” connector required.
• Do not leave trash out overnight (animals may scatter it).

Liability & Guest Responsibilities

Release from Liability

Guests release and discharge Hidden Grove RV Resort, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims of loss, injury, damage, or death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, while on the property or participating in activities.

Indemnification

Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hidden Grove RV Resort, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability or costs due to guest actions, damages, theft, or destruction of property, including RV defects or acts of third parties.

Damages or Losses

Guests assume full responsibility for all personal property, vehicles, and RVs while on property. The resort is not liable for theft, damage, or defects.

Minors

Adults are legally responsible for the safety and supervision of minors in their care.

Notice of Liability

Camping carries inherent risks. Guests agree to exercise reasonable care for their own safety and the safety of those for whom they are responsible.

⚠️ Failure to comply with these rules may result in termination of your site services agreement and immediate removal from the property.
